Webmaster
Web updates and tools, training where necessary, update reports and minutes.
Communications (email campaigns)
Outbound email marketing and communications
Registration Coordinator
Manages registration process, responds to routed questions from League Information Officer, coordinates requests and registration issues
Events Coordinators (Can Have Multiple)
Event planning, venue coordination, volunteer recruitment, coordinates and works with Fundraising Manager. Also, helps to get events posted to CFLL website.

Training development – deposits, cash handling, open/close, sales
Baseball Concessions Manager
Stocking, menu, specials, staffing, deposits

Snack Shack Scheduler (Point Of Sale)
Scheduling teams/individuals to work the snack shack during games and provide training as needed
Snack Shack Scheduler (Grill Master)
Scheduling teams, training, propane and grill maintenance, specials

Coordinating and delivering completed uniforms, works with ADF and vendors (numbers, names, hats, etc.)

Schedules and organizes evaluations, evaluations forms, independent evaluators, execution volunteers.
Draft Coordinator
Draft venue, logistics, and management
Bookkeeping Manager
Manages reimbursements and accounting (places transactions in the right budget category), develops reports
