Managers and coaches are critical to the successful operation of Cactus Foothills; not only because of the nature of their role in leading and developing game skills in our kids, but also because of their role in assisting with league operations, relationships formed with parents and the broader community, and the life skills they can impart to the kids in the league.
Our Mission
The objective of CFLL is to provide for and nurture the development of children, coaches, and parents through supervised baseball and softball experiences that promote sportsmanship, loyalty, honesty, a sense of fair play, teamwork, respect for authority, and courage and will provide life lessons to build individual character, work ethic, and the community.
All managers and coaches shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary, and the molding of future citizens is of prime importance.
